Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by the Owner, the Airport Authority of the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, at the offices of the Lincoln Airport Authority, at 3820 NW 46th Street, Lincoln, NE 68524 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, and then publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary for completing the LNK Terminal - Cooling Tower Replacement.

Parties interested in submitting an official bid must contact Davis Design (402-476-9700 or brandon.sire@davisdesign.com) and request an official bid booklet.

Project Location: Lincoln, NE

Public Notes:
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Replacement of two existing cooling towers, associated discharge ductwork, condenser water pumps, and remote condenser sump.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
