The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited
to the following: The scope of work will include renovations to the Family Consumer Science, Art, Career
and Technical Education, Family Restroom and associated areas with an approximate area of 6,890 sq ft
at the existing Goodrich Middle School at 4600 Lewis Ave, Lincoln, NE. Specific construction activities will
include: Trenching, site utilities, concrete slab on grade, masonry and metal stud walls, wood cabinets,
plastic laminate countertops, rubber flooring, gyp board, tile, acoustical ceilings, paint, plumbing, power
and lighting systems as indicated in the construction documents.

Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $75.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.
Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.
A separate non-refundable check made out to
A & D Technical Supply for an additional $30.00 is required if shipping is requested.
Partial sets will not be issued.
Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
