PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be held VIA ZOOM at 3:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Bidders expressing interest to the Architect (krosburg@bvh.com) by 24 hrs. prior, will be sent a Zoom link for the pre-bid meeting. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors are required to make a pre-bid site visit. Those wishing to access the Morton Elementary School roof will need to make an appointment by contacting Jeremy Madson at least 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled site visits are required to be after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends. Contractors wishing to view the UNDERSIDE of the roof deck conditions should confirm their attendance with John Brennan via phone or email no later than 2:00 p.m. on Sept. 27th and meet at the main school entrance on Thursday, September 29th at 4:00 p.m. Contractors should bring their own ladders to access above ceiling locations.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools- Morton Elementary School – Roof Replacement Phase II (Area A) until 9:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. At that time the bids will be opened and read aloud. This will be in person at the MPS Support Services Center Conference Room.

Public Notes:
Project Description: New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Morton Elementary School-Roof A, located at 1805 S. 160th St, Omaha, NE 68130. The project includes removal of existing BUR systems and flashings, minor deck patching, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, polyiso insulation, cover board, new flashings, cap metal, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. It also includes minor mechanical work. Area to be re-roofed is approx. 23,106 S.F.
