Public Notes:
Facilities Cost Management Group LLC, herein called the Owner Representative, will receive bids, from selected General Contractor Bidders, for the GSA Tenant Finish in the Gold Circle Professional Building located at 13932 Gold Circle, Omaha, Nebraska.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no cost per the Owner.
A complete printed set of bid documents is available upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00 to A&D Technical Supply *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

This project is PURCHASE ONLY, you do not need to return and printed copies of bid documents.
