This project is the renovation of an existing concessions and restroom facility in
Lynch Park. It includes about 500 square feet of interior renovation; including
renovation of restrooms to current ADA requirements. It also includes a new
roof, other exterior finish improvements, and structural rehabilitation, as well as
other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
