Project scope consists of: A new fast-food restaurant with wood framed structure. One of three facilities to be constructed in Omaha in 2023. This project is expected to begin late fall of 2022 with a summer 2023 opening. All invited bidders have associated work.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
