The project site is available for inspection by Bidders any day of the week between the hours of
5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, without an appointment, unless otherwise stated differently.
Each Bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work and fully acquaint themselves with conditions
relating to the construction and labor so that they may fully understand the facilities, difficulties and
restrictions attending the execution of the work under this Contract.
