Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the Department of Transportation Operations Division, located at 5001 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, until 3:00 PM, local time on Thursday, September 22, 2022 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: In general, Work includes complete demolition and remodel of the existing restrooms at all levels of the building to meet current ADA standards. This generally includes the removal and replacement of floor, ceiling and wall finishes, new bathroom fixtures and toilet partitions, and modifications to the existing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Restroom entrances and drinking fountains to be modified/replaced as required to meet ADA requirements.

The said Documents have been prepared by Erickson Sullivan Architects and may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $40.00, contact 402-474-5454 to obtain documents.
Partial sets will not be issued.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $30.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set and any received addenda in good condition to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening.
