Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Contraction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln NE 68524 before 1:30 PM on 9/13/2022 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Public Notes:
The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, haul-off, licenses and permits required to to upgrade all existing interior light fixtures to LED fixtures at the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Warehouse, in Lincoln, NE. Project will be a “one for one” replacement consisting of two hundred twelve (212) 8’ fixtures and eighty-one (81) 4’ fixtures in the warehouse area. Fixture count for office area is eighty-six (86) 2x4 lay-ins, fifteen (15) 2x4 lay-ins, and one (1) 4’ strip. All lighting fixtures specified here in shall be provided or an equal substitution approved by the project manager.
