PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Kirn Middle School, Council Bluffs, Iowa, for interested Contractors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors to view the project site and ask questions. Attendance is not mandatory but suggested.

Bid Info:   All sealed bids must be delivered to Ryan TerSteeg at the office of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501, prior to September 20, 2022 @ 10:00 am at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail.

Public Notes:
The work includes, but is not limited to, adding a drywall wall and door to the existing Kirn Middle School Special Education area. Materials include drywall and metal studs, FRP panels, wood doors and hollow metal frames and other interior finish items. Changes to the existing mechanical and electrical systems are included in the work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Plan deposit is refundable if Plans and Specifications are returned to A & D Technical Supply, in good condition, within 15 days of contract award.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
