Sealed bids will be received by the Council Bluffs Community School
District at the CBCSD Facilities, Maintenance, and Custodial Services Office located at 815 N. 18th
Street, Council Bluffs, IA 50501, before 2:00 p.m. local Iowa time, according to the designated clock in
the Facilities, Maintenance and Custodial Services Office, on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 for the
Kanesville Learning Center Renovation project.

The Project consists of the combined construction including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for
the renovation of Kanesville Learning Center. Project includes a new first-floor entrance that will include a
safety vestibule. A new elevator will provide enhanced accessibility. Additional interior enhancements will
include updated furnishings, flooring and paint. Exterior enhancements will include expanded parking and
improved landscaping and fencing.
Public Hearing: The public hearing for the renovations planned for the Kanesville Learning Center, located
at 207 Scott Street was conducted earlier at the Council Bluffs Community School District’s on July 26,
2022 Board Meeting.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to Council Bluffs Community School District. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no cost per the owner.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
