Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) on September 15th, 2022. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the CM.

Public Notes:
A general description of the proposed project is an addition to our elementary building in Leigh that may consist of 4 classrooms and other facilities necessities. Cost is to be determined with the assistance of the selected Construction Manager, but is likely to fall within the range of $1.5 million - $2.0 million.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
A printed copy of the RFP can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $25 paid to A&D Technical Supply Company.
