This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses required to construct a 2-story Pinnacle Landing Structure located at Silver Creek Training Area, Section 24, T16N, R4W, Nance County, NE. Project scope to include site work - access road and seeding, and construction of a 25' x 40' 2-story CMU block wall and steel structure facility. Interior finishes will be minimal, aside from specialty panels in burn rooms. Work to include window openings, doors, exterior stair, and fall protection around landing area.
