Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the Department of Transportation Operations Division, located at 5001 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, until 3:00 PM, local time on Thursday, August 25, 2022 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 11,000 square feet of existing roofing on two roof areas, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system and provide new thru-wall flashing where the lower roof area meets the taller building, requiring alternating brick sections to be removed to install new flashing and drips, then replacing brick back in place.

Partial sets will not be issued.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $30.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set and any received addenda in good condition to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening.
