Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Board’s regularly scheduled meeting,
held at Glenwood City Hall, 5 North Vine Street, Glenwood, Iowa 51534 until 8:10 a.m., on Wednesday,
February 15, 2023, local time. At that time and place, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read,
and will be considered by the Board.

The Project includes the following Work: construction of new emergency back-up well complete with
building, foundations, painting, piping, valving, water main connections, fire hydrant, grading, seeding,

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $60.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
