All Bidders may attend a pre-bid conference on
August 15, 2022, at 9:00 am local time at Ralston High School, 8969 Park
Drive, Ralston, NE 68127, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions,
bidding requirements, General/Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and
to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Architect will provide responses
to bidders’ questions posed at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum.

One (1) completed copy of the bid form,
signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Ralston Public
Schools, Attn: Asst. Sup’t Buckingham, 8545 Park Drive, Ralston, NE 68127.
Bids must be submitted in a package clearly marked “Press Box.” Bids will be
received until 1:00 pm local time on August 30th, 2022; and will be opened at
approximately 1:15 pm on the same date publicly and simultaneously in the
presence of bidders and/or their representatives.

mechanical work as shown in more detail in the plans and specifications
prepared by BCDM Architects (“Architect”)

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
