Public Notes:
The work covered in this Scope of Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to replace approx. 711 linear feet of 6’ security fencing with new 8’ security fence, raising 2362 linear feet of 6’ high security fence to 8’ high security fence and installing 368 linear feet of new 8’ high security fence at the Lincoln-1776 Complex RC, Lincoln NE. Project also includes the replacement of a 16’ motorized gate. A concrete mow strip under some sections of the fence line, a gate relocation, some interior fence removal and some aircraft cable fence reinforcements are ABIs to the contract base bid. The stated quantities are estimates only and the contractor is responsible for verifying these estimates on site. Since site security must be maintained, existing vertical 6' posts can be extended and serviceable horizontal materials reused. Contractor to regrade and seed where necessary to ensure a neat and finished project. Removed materials become the property of the Contractor.
