A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM on September 6th , 2022, at the site. Meet outside the south entrance doors of the Sioux County Courthouse, 325 Main Street, Harrison, Nebraska. Attendance at this conference is mandatory for all general contractors who will be bidding.

Bids will be received by the Owner, Sioux County, a Political Subdivision, at the office of the County Clerk, Michelle Zimmerman located at 325 Main Street, Harrison, NE 69346 until 10:00 AM local time on September 13th, 2022. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.”

Project Location: Harrison, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work at the Sioux County Courthouse consists of the restoration and or replacement of the existing wood windows together with associated work. Also included in the scope of the work is the removal of the existing window serving as a fire escape and installing a new hollow metal door and frame in the existing opening.
