The work consists of the construction of the removal of old play equipment, removal of existing concrete
walls, removal of brick pavers, concrete removal, etc. and the construction of a new playground, site
furnishings, concrete walks, concrete picnic table pads, asphalt parking areas, portable toilet enclosure,
relocation of existing tunnel, grading, planting, seeding, and related site improvements.
Construction of a concrete sidewalk to the south and east of the park road as par Drawings L02.02
and L02.03 is included as Add Alternate #1 – See Spec Section 01 23 00 “Alternates.”
Renovation of the existing restroom building as per Drawings A01.00 through E02.01, exclusive of
Drawing E00.01 and other work necessary to the construction of the base bid, is included as Add
Alternate #2 – See Spec Section 01 23 00 “Alternates.”

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
