Nebraska 68183, marked BID ON: “City of Omaha Memorial Park Colonnade Restoration” must be in her office on or before
11:00 A.M. on: Wednesday, AUGUST 17, 2022 at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid
Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

The work consists of restoring all sides and the top of the colonnade. All face and opening surfaces shall
be patched to repair the deteriorated concrete along with the remove/patching of all existing wall hangers
locations and concrete imperfections to make the wall surface match the adjacent surfaces. Once that is
completed, the entire surface shall be repainted. Along with is work, a new EPDM roofing material and
coping shall be installed on the top and along the entire length of the colonnade.
