PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid meeting will be held for this project on 3:00 PM (CST), Wednesday July 27th, 2022, local time. Bidders shall meet at the projects site school’s main entrance. All bidders are encouraged to attend. No other time is scheduled for inspection of the project area.

Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted prior to 2:00 PM (CST), Wednesday August 3rd, 2022, and to the attention of John Brennan at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding.

Public Notes:
The Millard Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the Holling Heights Elementary School Multizone Rooftop Unit Replacement project located at 6565 S. 136th Street, Omaha, NE. Project will be awarded as a single combined contract. Project consists of replacement of four existing multizone rooftop units and controls for new rooftop equipment.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
