Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 8/11/2022 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Public Notes:
This project consists of furnishing all design services labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to construct a 2,100 SF addition onto the Training Site Headquarters Building (Bldg. 12) at the Greenlief Training Site, Hastings, NE. The original 2,800 SF building was constructed in 2006. This building addition will primarily construct additional offices, admin and conference room space. A portion of the existing building (approx 1,200 SF) will be remodeled and reconfigured in conjunction with the building addition.
