Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing

The entire project is within the Ezra Elementary School campus, 14111 Blondo St. The project
consists of interior demolition of existing boiler, chiller, cooling tower, pumps, piping, associated
controls and electrical, and installation of a new chiller, boiler, pumps, and associated general
construction including screening wall, electrical, and temperature control work inside and around
the existing facility.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
