PreBid Info:   All Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-bid Conference located at the main entrance of Ezra Elementary School – 14111 Blondo St Omaha, NE 68164 on Tuesday July 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM CT, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. The Pre-Bid Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as “the District” or “MPS”) invites bids on: Boiler and Chiller Replacement Ezra Elementary School 14111 Blondo St Omaha, NE 68164. Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. on August 2, 2022. Submit bids in a sealed opaque envelope marked: BID ENCLOSED, Ezra Elementary School Chiller and Boiler Replacement. Bids should be addressed as follows: John Brennan Project Manager, Millard Public Schools Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137.

Public Notes:
The entire project is within the Ezra Elementary School campus, 14111 Blondo St. The project consists of interior demolition of existing boiler, chiller, cooling tower, pumps, piping, associated controls and electrical, and installation of a new chiller, boiler, pumps, and associated general construction including screening wall, electrical, and temperature control work inside and around the existing facility.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
