Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until 9:00 AM on July 22, 2022. Deliver as follows: Location: Fremont Public Schools District Office, 130 E 9th Street, Fremont, NE 68025. Deliver bids to 2nd Floor to Superintendent's Office. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Fremont, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Renovation of Lenihan Building includes demolition of skywalk, replacement and renovation of roof, updating finishes and lighting, replacement of storefront systems, mechanical systems replacement, addition of fire suppression throughout, and electrical data/IT upgrades.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $160.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $65.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
