familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary
Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. The Pre-Bid
Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing
conditions.

The entire project is within the Aldrich Elementary School campus at 506 N 162nd Ave. The
project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing boiler, chiller and air cooled
condensers, pumps, piping, associated controls and electrical, and installation of a new chiller,
boiler, pumps, hydronic specialties associated general construction including chiller platform,
electrical, and temperature control work inside and around the existing facility.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
