YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Douglas County Nebraska shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction
Contract including renovation to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office; at 3601 North 156th Street, Omaha, Nebraska;
that said bids shall be received by the Owner until 11:00 am central time on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 to the
attention of the City of Omaha Clerk, Douglas County Civic Center, LC1 Offices, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha,
Nebraska 68183. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled
Bid Opening meeting in the Legislative Chambers after submission of Bids on June 29, 2022. All interested parties
are invited to attend.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
