Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until 2:00 P.M. on June 30, 2022. Send bids to: Fremont Public Schools, Superintendent's Office, 130 E 9th St., Fremont, NE
68025. Electronic bids will NOT be accepted. Hand delivered bids or mailed bids must be clearly
marked as: BID ENCLOSED FOR BAHE GYMNASIUM BLEACHER REPLACEMENT
PROJECT, and must be received or hand delivered by 1:45 pm on June 30, 2022 so
it can be acknowledged and time stamped. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud in the Board of Education Meeting Room.
There will be no action taken at that time on bids. Board action on the lowest responsive bid will be conducted at the Board of Education meeting
the following Monday, July 11, 2022. Contractor will be notified within 24 hrs.
