The Project includes construction of a 6,900 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building to be
used as a Community Building for the Village of Nemaha. Spaces within the building include a large,
minimally finished Multi-Purpose Room, Men's & Women's Restrooms, a Residential-Style Kitchen &
Pantry, three rooms with typical office finishes, a Storage room, and a Mechanical room.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
