Public Notes:
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses required to improve and increase the size and coverage of multiple utility systems of the CATS-Mead Training Site near Mead, NE. Project to include the extension of primary utility lines to cover the central and eastern portions of the established Mead Cantonment area of the training site. Currently, only the western section of the cantonment area is being served by the primary utility lines. This project plans to extend the primary potable waterlines, primary natural gas lines, underground electrical lines and communication lines.
