Project details:
-Existing 2 story Brick building. The basement will be used for utilities and storage. The first floor will consist of 2 future tenant spaces that will be semifinished. Both Tenant spaces will share a common restroom and hallway. The second floor will be a residential living space for the building owners.
-New 2 story building north. The first floor will have a finished tenant space with restroom, small residential style elevator to service the second floor and a garage space for the building owners. The second floor will be an extension of the 2nd floor of the existing south building. The kitchen, dining, coffee bar, pantry and elevator access will be in this area. A partial covered Deck above the garage will be part of this project along with a small private deck on the roof.

Work that has been completed: -Interior Demolition of the existing has been mostly completed.
-New footings and staircase from the basement to 2nd floor has been installed.
-Structural steel installed to reinforce 1st floor.
-New Basement floor installed
-2nd floor existing windows have been replaced
-Most of the exterior Brick has been tuckpointed
-The West and Southeast Store fronts have been replaced. 2 smaller entry aluminum systems have been ordered and should be installed shortly.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
