The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction
services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to
remodel the York Vehicle Storage Building (originally built in 1956) in York, NE. Project
includes the replacement of the plumbing inside the building, repair and replacement of
overhead doors, remodel of latrines and lockers spaces, patching of roof system, upgrade
electrical system, replace HVAC system to better meet conditioning and heating needs,
and take steps to meet facility security requirements.
