Sealed proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 19, 2022, at the School’s
administrative office at 300 Wyoming Street, Murdock, Nebraska. Proposals may be delivered in
person, via United States Mail, or parcel service. Only such proposals as have been received by
the School at the address, time and date listed above, will be considered. Following the opening
of proposals, the proposals will be evaluated, the construction manager at risk candidates ranked
in order of preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to School policy.

The proposed facilities improvements project consists of the following: Project A1 - Elementary Kitchen Replacement. Transform the existing serving
kitchen to a full preparation kitchen. The existing 600 square feet kitchen space will be renovated.
Add a new, approximately 1,600 square foot kitchen addition to the elementary school. Project A2 - Elementary Playground Replacement. Replace the existing 7,000
square feet with new play surface and equipment. Project B1 - New High School Running Track. Add a new 8 lane track to the high
school campus. The track facility will have no seating and will be master planned to be the school’s
future competition football stadium. Project B2 - New High School CTE Space. Add a new, approximately 1,200 square
foot Career & Technical Education (CTE) building addition to the junior/senior high school
building. The new CTE addition will include the following spaces: 2 specialized labs, classroom,
a collaboration space, project, material, and tool storage. Project B3 - New High School Competition Gym. Add a new, approximately
29,750 square foot competition gymnasium and support spaces to the junior/senior high school
building. The new competition gymnasium addition will include the following spaces:
competition gym that seats 1,000 spectators, lobby, concessions, weight room, training room,
locker rooms, PE and athletic storage.
