Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until 2:00 PM on May 19, 2022. Deliver bids to Fremont Public Schools District Office, 2nd Floor Superintendent's Office, 190 E. 9th Street, Fremont, NE 68025. Emailed bids are acceptable but must be received by Architect one hour prior to Bid time. will be sent via email to the sender. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Bid Opening shall occur in the Board Meeting Room.

Project Description: Project includes interior renovation to Milliken Park Elementary, including new walls to separate classrooms, construction of a new administrative office and secure entry vestibule, new finishes in areas of remodel, replacement of MEP equipment and devices, and new fire sprinkler service.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $70.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
