Bid Info:   The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 513 of Douglas County, NE (Arbor Ridge), will receive sealed bids via mail until 3:00 PM Local Time, May 4thnd, 2022 at Olsson Inc. (2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "SID 513 Arbor Ridge 2022 Street Reconstruction”. There will be no formal opening meeting. A bid tab will be sent out to all parties shortly after the bid opening.

Public Notes:
The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of concrete panel replacement, curb replacement, crack/joint repair and other appurtenances necessary for a completed project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
