Bids for the The Water's Edge Church - Phase 2 will be received at the office of Pearce Construction Group LLC until 10:00 a.m. local time, May 4, 2022 , located at 14225 Dayton Circle #7, Omaha NE 68137 .

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 9,942 square feet of new addition on the Main Level, 4,820 square feet of addition on the Upper Level, and 470 square feet of light renovation.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $125.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
