PreBid Info:   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at Homer Community School Commons at 4:00 p.m. CST on April 19, 2022 . Attendance of this Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all General Contractors. Other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.

Bid Info:   Bids for the Homer Public Schools will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, May 3, 2022 , at the Homer Community Schools Commons located at 212 South 3rd Street. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Homer, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 7,000 square feet of new addition, 4,600 square feet of heavy renovation and 16,000 square feet of light renovation.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Homer Community Schools.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
