Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa (hereinafter called the "Owner"), at 2000 North 25th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until 10:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2022, at which time the Secretary and Engineer will publicly open the bids in the Board Conference Room at said address, announce the amount of the bids, and file all proposals received.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The project consists of construction of approximately 1,400 feet of 6-inch PVC water main on E. Orchard Avenue in the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Plan deposit is refundable if Plans and Specifications are returned to A & D Technical Supply, in good condition, within 14 days of contract award.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
