Bid Info:   The General Contractor, Mike Smith Construction, will receive sealed proposals for construction of the new Holyoke Community Childcare Initiative building, located in Holyoke Colorado, until 1:30PM Mountain Time on April 14th, 2022 by email to: mscinc@pctelcom.coop Proposals will be publicly opened at 2:00PM MT on April 14th in the board room at: 127 E Denver, Ste B; Holyoke, CO 80734

Project Location: Holyoke, Colorado

Public Notes:
The project consists of an 11,528sqft main floor area wood framed structure with CMU corridor bearing walls and an 1,575sqft mechanical level. The building will have brick veneer with EIFS system above on all sides. The roofing material will be architectural style shingles on a 6/12 roof. Finish materials/color selections are to be determined by Mike Smith Construction, general locations/material selections are identified on the casework elevations, ceiling plans, and floor finish plans. The building will be fully sprinkled. The kitchen equipment is owner furnished, contractor/sub-contractor installed. All playground designs are being coordinated and taken care of by the Holyoke Community Childcare Initiative.



Job Purchase Information:
Copies of plans and specifications may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply of Lincoln on March 14th upon payment of a $100.00 deposit for each set.

The complete digital set of bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $30.00 is required if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.
