Bids must be made on the bid form
contained in the Bidding Documents. One (1) completed copy of the bid form,
signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Ralston Public
Schools, Attn: Asst. Sup’t Buckingham, 8545 Park Drive, Ralston, NE 68127.
Bids will be received until 12:00 pm local time on March 23, 2022, at which
time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the presence of bidders
and/or their representatives. Faxed bids are not allowed. Any bid received
after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to
bidder.

Douglas County School District No. 28-0054,
commonly known as Ralston Public Schools (the “District”), is requesting bids
from qualified individuals or entities to complete an HVAC improvement project
at Ralston Middle School, including but not necessarily limited to removal and
replacement of an air handling unit and related cooling coils at one or more
gymnasium locations.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
