The building is a single story structure, approximately 38,000 square feet in size,
constructed with a steel column and beam frame with steel bar joist roof framing. The
exterior walls are constructed of structural steel stud framing. The exterior finish is
predominantly brick, accented with wood and phenolic panels. The building contains 14 Classroom spaces, an Administrative Office Suite, two Motor
Skills rooms, a Multi-Purpose room that doubles as a Storm Shelter, Kitchen, and other
related support spaces. A fenced outdoor space for play, activities, and outdoor learning
is located at the center and west sides of the building. In addition, three individual, fenced
outdoor learning spaces with access directly from the Classrooms, are provided on the
north and south sides of the building.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Council Bluffs Community School District. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $65.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $70.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Plan deposit is refundable if Plans and Specifications are returned to A & D
Technical Supply, in good condition, within 15 days of contract award. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
