The highlighted yellow scopes in the Spec are scopes still in design. There will be an Addendum released soon updating this information.
Project consists of the following:
Construction of tenant improvements on two floors for a restaurant group. Building to consist of a two story, +/- 10,500 sf interior multi-level restaurant with exterior 2nd floor patio space. The existing building is classified as (A-2) Type 1A construction; the new tenant build-out is classified as (A-2) Tyle 1A construction. The project consists of the addition of a new elevator and egress stair, as well as 2nd floor building addition on existing roof deck. The second floor also provides an exterior patio with roof paver and pedestal system over the existing roofing membrane and insulation.
