Box 445 Blue Hill, NE 68930. Complete Bid Submittals will also be accepted electronically. Bids submitted by this method must be received at dschilke@engint.us by 5:00 pm, Central Standard time, Thursday, February 24th, 2022. Please test this method of delivery prior to the deadline.
