Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: A new ground up 120 unit muiltfamily apartment complex built over two floors of podium parking grage and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Only complete sets of Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set electronic orders are allowed.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
