NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Governors for Southeast Community College Area, a Nebraska community college and political subdivision (“College”), is hereby requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide preconstruction design consulting and construction management at risk services pursuant to the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 13-2901 et seq., relating to a proposed new IT facility project on the Lincoln Campus the College (“Project”). The Project may also include, in the College’s discretion, a subsequent science facility addition.
