Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: "Executive Building Lobby Renovations" will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. CST (local time) on Tuesday, March 1st, 2022 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Lincoln, NE

Public Notes:
Project consists of interior renovations of approximately 1,020 square feet of the first floor in the existing Executive Building entrances and Lobby. Scope includes new flooring, replacement of ceilings and lighting, and other finishes.



Job Purchase Information:
A printed set of Bid Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 made out to A&D Technical Supply.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $20.00 is needed if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
