Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 5,100 square feet of existing roofing, insulation, edge metals, gutters, and downspouts in all areas, and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system. Work also includes new edge metals, gutters, and downspouts.

The said Documents have been prepared by Erickson Sullivan Architects and may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $40.00, contact 402-474-5454 to obtain documents.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 30 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $25.00 is required if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.
