Bid Info:   One (1) copy of the bid shall be addressed and delivered to the Board Room of Centura Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 201 N. Hwy 11, Cairo, NE 68824. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm on February 10, 2022, at which time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered and will be returned to bidder. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.

Public Notes:
Howard County School District No. 47-0100, commonly known as Centura Public Schools, is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for the construction of a bathroom renovation project.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CMBA. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.


Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.


Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of the project bid date to obtain a deposit refund.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
DO NOT RETURN PLANS TO A&D OR YOUR DEPOSIT CHECK WILL BE CASHED!
