Sealed Proposals for the construction of “Arlington Auditorium Restroom Renovation,” Schemmer Project
No. 08420.001, will be received by the Village Clerk at 245 N 2nd Street, PO Box 370, Arlington, NE
68002, until 10:00 am on the February 9, 2022, and thereafter will be read aloud. Bids received
after the time indicated will not be accepted.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility
and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete,
in a workman like manner, the Work required for the both Renovation project indicated,
including all Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the Arlington Auditorium
Restroom renovations. The project includes full restroom renovation as indicated in the construction documents.
The renovation shall include demolition of existing walls and finishes, associated
mechanical and electrical modifications, lighting, doors, sealants, ceramic tile, gypsum
board, metal studs, ATC, etc. The Arlington Auditorium Restroom Renovation project consists of approximate 284 SF
of renovated space.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
