PreBid Info:   All Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-bid Conference located at Hitchcock Elementary School at 5809 S. 104th St., Omaha NE, 68127 on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022 at 3:15 PM CST, to familiarize themselves with the Bidding requirements, General / Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications.

Bid Info:   Bids may be submitted in person at the MPS Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha NE, 68144, during typical hours of operation of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. until the date and time bids are due. All visitors attempting to submit a bid shall be required to request access using the video intercom when they arrive. Visitors will also be asked screening questions before being granted access to the building, all visitors must wear a mask or face covering and must practice social distancing practices while in the building. Submit bids in a sealed opaque envelope marked: BID ENCLOSED Hitchcock Elementary School Intercom System Replacement.And addressed as follows: John Brennan Project Manager Millard Public Schools Support Services Center 13906 F Street Omaha, Nebraska 68137

Public Notes:
The intercom system at Hitchcock Elementary School is in need of replacement. The project includes removal of the existing intercom system equipment and cabling and replacing it with a new system. Existing communications cabling is to be removed and replaced. Additional data cabling is to also be provided for future use.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
