Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 2/3/2022 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm.

Project Location: Sidney, NE

Public Notes:
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to replace the failing roofs on the Sidney Readiness Center. Work to include removal of existing roof, insulation, flashing, and installation of a new fully adhered EPDM Roof with a 90 mil EPDM Roof system with 30 year warranty, repair and replace roof decking as required, remove any unnecessary roof penetrations, and install new insulation and new gutters and downspouts. Project to also include exterior tuck-point issues on facility and repair parapet where needed.
